HARASSMENT LAW

Montana’s Human Rights Act and Governmental Code of Fair Practices forbid employers from discriminating on the basis of, among other things, race, sex, religion, age and disability.
These statutes also make it illegal for an employer to retaliate against an employee for engaging in “protected activity” – which can include complaining to your supervisor about illegal harassment or discrimination.
If you believe that you have experienced harassment or discrimination, including sexual harassment or failure to accommodate your disability, contact Rate Law Office, P.C. for a consultation.
